Kanopy offers a rotating collection of media with access to over 10,000 titles and it&#8217;s completely free to use with your AU library account! One of Kanopy&#8217;s newest features is its monthly film club, the Kanopy Cinema Series, where community members gain free access to a film through Kanopy and can attend a Live Q&amp;A with the director or other professionals. For March, Women&#8217;s History Month, Kanopy selected the film <em>Plan C<\/em> directed by Tracy Droz Tragos. The Cinema Series Q&amp;A event with Tragos and Plan C founder Francine Coeytaux is coming up on March 7th, with streaming access to <em>Plan C<\/em> from March 4th to 8th. Those who plan to attend the Q&amp;A are able to submit questions beforehand that they hope to see answered during the webinar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanopy&#8217;s choice to show <em>Plan C<\/em> was deliberate and they explain why the film was an important pick for this month: &#8220;For Women\u2019s History Month in March, we\u2019re spotlighting a 2023 film coming to Kanopy,&nbsp;<em>Plan C<\/em>, which documents four recent years of the grassroots efforts of the Plan C campaign. Activists and providers in the film seek to expand access to abortion pills by mail amidst pandemic challenges and tightening reproductive rights with the threat to Roe v. Wade.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other upcoming monthly events for the Cinema Series:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Canary<\/em> &#8211; to put &#8220;a spotlight on Earth Day and climate change through the work of one extraordinary man&#8221;. Streaming April 1st to April 5th with a Q&amp;A on April 3rd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Exclusion U <\/em>&#8211; for &#8220;another glance at admissions at Ivy Leagues&#8221;.
