There is a wide variety of equipment available for members of the AU community through the library, but some of it can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of technical knowledge. That’s why the Media Services department is hosting a series of workshops designed to teach you the skills you need to realize your creative vision.
The first slate of workshops is focusing on the basics: Basic Camera Skills, Basic Video Skills, Intro to Lighting, and Intro to Audio. Moving forward, there will be a mix of these introductory workshops and more in-depth workshops focusing on advanced skills and deep-dives into specific equipment and projects.
Whether you are a complete A/V beginner or you just want to brush up on your skills, stay tuned to the Media Services blog for news about all of our upcoming workshops. The dates of all of our workshops and events can be found on the calendar page.
