If you want to make use of the Media Services A/V collection but you don’t know where to start, come visit our workshops. These workshops are designed to teach you the skills you need to realize your creative vision for any multimedia project you’re working on.
This semester, our workshops will be held once a week on a four-week cycle: Week 1 will be Basic Camera Skills, Week 2 will be Basic Video Skills, Week 3 will be Basic Audio Skills, and Week 4 will be a deep-dive into a specific type of project (Podcasting, Recording Interviews, or Portrait Photography). This four-week cycle will repeat three times, so there are plenty of opportunities to catch each workshop.
Whether you are a complete A/V beginner or you just want to brush up on your skills, stay tuned to the Media Services blog for news about all of our upcoming workshops. The dates of all of our workshops and events can be found on the calendar page.
